At NuPhy®Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and tools that were included in the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our designated warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
