Which operating systems are NuPhy keyboards compatible with?
All NuPhy keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. We include specific Mac and Windows replacement keycaps and a physical toggle switch to ensure seamless layout transitions.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
What is the battery life of the Air series and Halo series keyboards?
Battery life varies by model and RGB usage. Generally, with lights off, our keyboards can last up to 150-200 hours. With full RGB lighting, expect between 30-50 hours of continuous use before needing a recharge.
Do you offer a warranty on your electronics?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by user modification, spills, or accidents.
Can I hot-swap the switches on my NuPhy keyboard?
Most of our current lineup, including the Air V2 and Halo series, features hot-swappable PCB sockets. This allows you to change your mechanical switches without soldering, supporting both 3-pin and 5-pin variants.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
